Our approach
Our task was to strategize and create visual materials that clearly demonstrate how simple and convenient it is to order groceries through the brand’s digital platforms. We aimed to make the process intuitive and engaging, highlighting the ease of use for customers. In conjunction with this campaign, we also did the redesign and development of the mall’s new website. This involved creating a user-friendly interface that enhances the online shopping experience and integrates seamlessly with our visual materials. Overall, our efforts were focused on improving customer satisfaction and streamlining the digital shopping process.
