PTT is a leading multinational petroleum company from Thailand with operations across Southeast Asia, serving millions of customers through its extensive network of service stations. In the Philippines, PTT aims to establish itself as a trusted provider of quality fuel products and services. PTT needed to build a brand identity that would resonate with Filipino consumers and businesses in a highly competitive market dominated by established local petroleum companies. They sought our help to create meaningful connections with their target audience while highlighting their unique value proposition.
What we did
Our approach began with extensive research into PTT's corporate heritage, product offerings, and the competitive landscape of the Philippine petroleum industry, giving us deep insights into Filipino fuel consumers' needs and preferences. Armed with these findings, we identified key opportunities for differentiation and developed "Go with PTT"—a campaign positioning the company not merely as another option but as the smarter choice for Filipino petroleum consumers. Through messaging that highlighted PTT's commitment to quality, reliability, and customer service, we incorporated elements specifically resonating with Filipino values and driving habits. We established a distinctive market presence by creating consistent messaging and visuals that struck the perfect balance between premium and approachable, helping PTT speak directly to local consumers while maintaining their international standards.
